About Us

 Spanky's Spa - inspired from "Spanky" my little YorkiePoo.  He was terrorized every time I needed to bring him to a groomer, and out of my complete love and loyalty to him, I made it my goal to go back to school and learn how to groom him myself. It was a long road, working a full time job and going to school, all while trying to master a craft that I believe can use a gentler touch and a more loving approach.

Spanky passed away in March of 23, taking a piece of me with him, his memory and the love we shared will be in my heart forever.

Since his passing, It has been a dream of mine to honor him by opening a safe haven for dogs to be groomed with the same loving touch that I gave Spanky.

Spanky would have wanted me to share the kindness and gentle touch that I showed him, to every dog that is looking for that same kind of grooming experience.

Spanky will forever live on because of Spanky's Spa!
